Job Summary<\/h3>\n

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all equipment, systems, and facilities across our 10 (and growing) F&B outlets. This role ensures smooth operations, minimizes downtime, and maintains a safe and functional environment for employees and customers. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

1. Equipment and System Maintenance<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on kitchen and F&B equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, coffee machines, blenders, dishwashers).<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot and repair POS systems, digital menu boards, sound systems, and other in-store technology.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before disruptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Facilities Maintenance<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Handle general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC checks and minor repairs).<\/li>\n
    • Repair doors, locks, furniture, and fixtures.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure safety and health standards by maintaining kitchen hoods, grease traps, and drainage systems.<\/li>\n
    • Manage external contractors for major repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Planning and Documentation<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain accurate records of activities, parts, and costs.<\/li>\n
      • Keep organized inventory of spare parts and supplies.<\/li>\n
      • Provide detailed reports to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Problem-Solving and Emergency Response<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Be available for emergency calls affecting business operations.<\/li>\n
        • Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.<\/li>\n
        • Work independently across multiple locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

          Qualifications and Requirements<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician (F&B, hospitality, or retail preferred).<\/li>\n
          • Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge of kitchen\/restaurant equipment maintenance and repair.<\/li>\n
          • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.<\/li>\n
          • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.<\/li>\n
          • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.<\/li>\n
          • Strong organizational and time-management skills.<\/li>\n
          • Good communication skills with outlet managers and staff.<\/li>\n
          • Valid driver\u2019s license, willingness to travel to 10+ outlets.<\/li>\n
          • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
