Our food philosophy at Mekong bali is one honouring seafood sustainability and local Irish producers. We want to connect our customers with the wealth of amazing Irish ingredients on offer from our sea and our land, while also highlighting some quality produce from other countries also. Each day our culinary team prepare these products with great passion and care to enhance their natural flavours whether it’s the finest oysters from our coastal waters or fresh vegetables from our native soil.
