Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all outlet operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare food lost reports, forecast revenues, and analyze outlet performance.
  • Training, schedule, and evaluate team members.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage outlet budgets and control operational costs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and increase foot traffic.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in food & beverage or retail outlet management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Outlet Manager or Supervisor in F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

  • Can Speak english and Mandarin
