Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer guest inquiries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle additional requests.
- Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report to the Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
- Ensure correct billing and process payments through POS or cash.
- Assist in setting up, arranging, and cleaning dining areas before and after service.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMU/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and friendly personality.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Neat appearance, punctual, and reliable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Can Speak English and Mandarin
