Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer guest inquiries.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards.
  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle additional requests.
  • Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Handle guest complaints politely and report to the Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure correct billing and process payments through POS or cash.
  • Assist in setting up, arranging, and cleaning dining areas before and after service.
  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMU/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and friendly personality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Neat appearance, punctual, and reliable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Can Speak English and Mandarin
