Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize table utilization.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/hostess area.
  • Coordinate with waiters and restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest service.
  • Monitor dining room flow and wait times; provide accurate waiting information to guests.
  • Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction and handling feedback proactively.
  • Support restaurant promotions and upselling initiatives when needed. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in customer service preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can Speak English and Mandarin
