Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize table utilization.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/hostess area.
- Coordinate with waiters and restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest service.
- Monitor dining room flow and wait times; provide accurate waiting information to guests.
- Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction and handling feedback proactively.
- Support restaurant promotions and upselling initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in customer service preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome with strong interpersonal skills.
