Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing marketing strategies and action plans.
  • Coordinate with design, digital, and sales teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Support in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Train and coach marketing staff to improve performance.
  • Evaluate and report the results of marketing campaigns
  • Provide reports and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (social media, analytics, etc.).
  • Basic financial skills to monitor campaign budgets.
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written).
