Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing marketing strategies and action plans.
- Coordinate with design, digital, and sales teams to ensure effective implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Support in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Train and coach marketing staff to improve performance.
- Evaluate and report the results of marketing campaigns
- Provide reports and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
