Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all outlet operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare food lost reports, forecast revenues, and analyze outlet performance.
- Training, schedule, and evaluate team members.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage outlet budgets and control operational costs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and increase foot traffic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in food & beverage or retail outlet management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Outlet Manager or Supervisor in F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic office tools (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
