Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts to ensure smooth outlet operations.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure staff follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle day-to-day customer requests, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and prevent wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet at all times.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to the Outlet Manager.
  • Ensure POS transactions, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Staff in F&B.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic financial understanding (cash handling, sales tracking).
  • Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
