Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Support the Outlet Manager in monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure staff follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle day-to-day customer requests, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and prevent wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet at all times.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to the Outlet Manager.
- Ensure POS transactions, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures are followed.
- Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Staff in F&B.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic financial understanding (cash handling, sales tracking).
- Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
