Key Responsibility
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

- Monitor food production, consistency, and portion control
Memantau konsistensi dan control porsi makanan
- Inspect ingredient freshness and proper storage (FIFO)
Memeriksa bahan yang segar dan sesuai di tempat penyimpanan (FIFO)
- Conduct temperature and cleanliness checks
Mengatur suhu dan check kebersihan
- Report quality issues and support corrective actions
Melaporkan kualitas issue dan membantu mengkoreksi
- Work with the kitchen and service teams for continuous improvement
Bekerjasama dengan tim dapur dan service umtuk melanjutkan perubahan
Requirement Skill & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
- Food safety or HACCP certification is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food QC, kitchen supervision, or food production
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Detail-oriented with good communication and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, and work well in a team
