Key Responsibility

  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Mengetahui standart untuk kualitas Makanan, Kebersihan dan Keamanan

  • Monitor food production, consistency, and portion control

Memantau konsistensi dan control porsi makanan

  • Inspect ingredient freshness and proper storage (FIFO)

 Memeriksa bahan yang segar dan sesuai di tempat penyimpanan (FIFO)

  • Conduct temperature and cleanliness checks

Mengatur suhu dan check kebersihan

  • Report quality issues and support corrective actions

Melaporkan kualitas issue dan membantu mengkoreksi

  • Work with the kitchen and service teams for continuous improvement

Bekerjasama dengan tim dapur dan service umtuk melanjutkan perubahan

Requirement Skill & Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
  • Food safety or HACCP certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food QC, kitchen supervision, or food production
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and work well in a team
